CPAN is expanding mental health care access for patients up to age 22 through the pediatric or family clinicians they already see and trust; it reduces the need to transfer care.

Clinicians working in rural hospitals and clinics may access CPAN and PeriPAN for clinician-to-clinician consultation, treatment guidance, referrals, resources, and CME training. One-time direct patient-psychiatrist consultations are not available as a rural hospital service but may be recommended to clinicians accessing CPAN/PeriPAN through their own practice or clinic.
