About the Presenter:
Gilbert Garza-Drug Intelligence Officer (DIO) for the West Texas HIDTA. Professional experience: More than 25 years’ experience as a Border Patrol Agent, holding numerous operational positions within the agency that included numerous narcotics, and criminal enterprise interdiction cases. Educational experience: Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice, Master’s of Education Psychology (Mental Health Counseling), Master’s of Science in Criminal Justice.
